How long is the shipping time?
Its depends on your location. Mostly it takes 12-17 days. Most of our products is shipped directly from Hong Kong or China.

Will local taxes or customs come on my shipping package?
Again, its depends on your location. Ex United Kingdom takes 17.5% VAT. Germany 19% MwSt. Denmark 25% Moms.
Check with your local customs.

Do you have all the products in stock?, and ready to send?

So, what if my product gets broken?
Defective products are exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
You can just send it back to us for repair or exchange.
